Job Title: Senior / Project Manager – Client Side – High Rise Residential
This role requires a high level of project management expertise to deliver large-scale high rise residential and mixed-use projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in managing regulatory approvals, design coordination, stakeholder management, health and safety, program management, contract administration, construction management, and cost control.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing site variations, design changes, and overseeing the construction process from start to finish.
