About the Role
We're looking for an experienced leader who can mentor and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading by example, cooking on the grill and chip stations, and helping out on the floor to ensure our guests have an amazing experience.
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and Mentor a Team: Report to the Restaurant Manager and lead a team of enthusiastic team members to deliver great burgers and exceptional customer service.
2. Front of House Leadership: Work front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill and chip stations, and helping out on the floor to maintain a high-energy environment.
3. Focus on Quality and Customer Experience: Ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, processes, training, safety, and employee experience are maintained to a high standard.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Help your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through coaching and mentoring.
5. Training and Development: Deliver workshops and online training to develop the skills of your team members.
