The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Branch is focused on delivering best practice solutions in workplace health and safety, performance management, mental health, and overall employee wellbeing, ensuring a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce through a holistic approach.Position SummaryAs an HR Case Manager, you will be part of the Performance, Behaviour, and Complex Case Team, providing expert advice and support on workplace behaviour, underperformance management, and complex staffing matters. You will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end case management, supporting managers, and ensuring timely resolution of workplace behaviour complaints.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on workplace behaviour and formal complaints* Manage the end-to-end case process for workplace behaviour issues* Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on workplace relations and HR policies* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisationAssisting with performance management processes and employee development initiativesManage complex casework involving medical, legal, and health and safety issues* Assist with performance management processes, guiding staff and managersRole Requirements:Highly Desired:* Advanced writing skills for composing assessments, reports, and complaint outcomes* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences* Ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes* Strong research, analytical, and fact-finding skills* Understanding of Human Resource functions and employment policy* Ability to apply and interpret legislation and policyDesirable:* HR experience and formal qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Training & AssessmentBaseline security clearance preferred, or ability to obtainWhy Apply?This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
