If you are capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines, this opportunity is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a comprehensive quality program for clinical record scanning, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality checks.Manage a standardized training program for scanning staff, identifying training needs based on audit results.Support the destruction of source documents by adhering to PROV Capture Recordkeeping Standards and maintaining procedure manuals.Oversee processing of scanned documents, including boxing, indexing, storage, and archiving, ensuring compliance with quality and documentation procedures.Assist with error correction in the Digital Medical Record (DMR) system and support the transition to Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Participate in HIS team meetings and provide backup support for the HIM Assistant as needed, along with other duties assigned by the Director or Operations Manager.Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.Experience in delivering training and providing constructive feedback.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and trends.Experience in process review and workflow improvement using critical thinking.Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to accurately input information into the Electronic Digital Record system.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
