About the Role
The role involves supporting students with learning adjustments through collaboration with the Learning Adjustment Leader, Subject Teacher, and the Learning Support Team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing approved programs and following established procedures.
* Assisting the Subject Teacher by working with students in classrooms, small groups or individually.
* Helping develop programs for targeted students and preparing necessary materials and resources.
* Tracking students' progress, maintaining records, and communicating this to the Learning Adjustments Team.
* Recommending actions to improve educational outcomes for students, particularly at-risk students.
* Attending meetings like Program Support Group (PSG) and special sessions with Learning Adjustment staff or specialists.
* Assisting on excursions and outings when needed.
