About the Role

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of venue operations. This includes leading a high‑performing team, overseeing front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house processes, managing budgets and P&L, ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations, and driving initiatives to enhance the guest experience. You will play a key role in shaping the venue's culture, motivating your team, and delivering operational excellence in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.


Your Skills and Experience

* Proven experience managing a pub, club, or hospitality venue
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent operational, financial, and compliance knowledge
* Hands‑on, energetic approach with a people‑first mindset
* Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and rostering effectively
