Job Title: City Assets Change And Enablement Lead
About the Role
Blacktown City Council is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to drive transformation across the City Assets division. This role is key to delivering the City Assets Future Directions Plan and Better Practice Review recommendations.
* Lead change initiatives to improve customer-centric processes and systems
* Support organisational redesign and role transitions
* Champion Council's project management framework
* Coach and mentor teams to adopt new ways of working
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Business Communications, Organisational Development, Project Management or related field
Change management certification
3+ years' experience in business transformation and project delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Current Class C Driver's Licence
Desirable Skills
Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile)
Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model, TechnologyOne, and content / record management tools
Understanding of local government, engineering, asset management or sustainability
