About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to serve multiple product areas and help shape the future of clinical diagnostics — with a focus on Pathology. You’ll uncover user needs, create intuitive workflows and interfaces, and guide teams toward user-centred, scalable solutions. You’ll also mentor designers and play an active role in shaping product direction. Key responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand customer problems. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Lead design work across product streams and ensure alignment to strategy. Iterate quickly using user feedback and testing. Identify opportunities to improve UX/UI across products. Contribute to and evolve our design system. Present insights and align teams to customer and business priorities. Work closely with product and engineering to deliver feasible, high-value solutions. Support long-term product vision and roadmap planning. About You You’re a collaborative, practical designer who loves solving complex problems. You balance strong visual and interaction design skills with a user-first mindset. You’re confident leading design, guiding others, and working across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll bring: 6 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design, including end-to-end ownership of complex software design (not B2C landing pages) Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent UX design capability. Good interaction and visual design Experience running research and user testing. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and using Jira/Confluence. Experience mentoring other designers. Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Miro and Dovetail. Healthcare experience (advantage). Nice to Have Agile/Scrum certification. Experience managing or contributing to a design system. Ability to influence product strategy. Join Today!
