Team Leader, Employee Benefits Administration

Our client is a fast-growing advisory firm looking for an experienced Team Leader to bring structure, expertise, and energy to our Benefits Advisory team.
You'll guide a group of Client Services Executives, own the quality of our administrative delivery, and be the go-to person when complex client or insurer matters need resolving.
What you'll do:
* Coach and develop a team of administrative professionals in a collaborative, high-performance environment
* Oversee group insurance reviews, tenders, and day-to-day workflows - keeping quality and timeliness on track
* Provide hands‐on support to key corporate clients across group insurance, super, and general member queries
* Act as the primary escalation point for complex claims, underwriting, and client issues
* Identify and drive process improvements that lift the team's efficiency and service standards
* Partner with senior advisors and leadership on growth and retention initiatives
What they're looking for:
* 3+ years in employee benefits, group insurance, superannuation, or financial services administration
* Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team – formal or informal
* Solid understanding of group insurance arrangements, claims, and insurer relationships
* Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service quality
* Someone who thrives in a fast‐moving environment and brings calm, solutions‐focused energy to their team
