A well-established residential builder is looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and support a busy Construction Support team within their building operations division.This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the Australian project home industry and understands the pace, systems, and communication required to keep construction running smoothly from site start through to handover.Working closely with the Building Manager and Site Supervisors, you will lead the administration support function, mentor team members, improve processes, and ensure a high level of service is delivered to both internal stakeholders and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the Construction Support / Administration teamEnsure construction administration processes are completed accurately and on timeMonitor workflow across site starts, progress claims, variations, approvals, and handoversSupport Site Supervisors with construction updates, documentation, and trade coordinationMaintain accurate data and reporting within FrameworkAssist with customer communication and escalation managementDrive consistency, accountability, and process improvement across the teamLiaise with internal departments including Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Finance, and MaintenanceTo Be ConsideredPrevious experience working for an Australian project home builder is essentialExperience in a Team Leader, Senior Construction Administrator, Client Liaison Team Leader, or similar roleStrong understanding of residential construction processesExperience using Framework or similar residential construction software highly regardedStrong communication, organisation, and leadership skillsFull Australian work rights requiredThis is a great opportunity to join a growing builder with a strong pipeline of work and a supportive team environment.For a confidential discussion, contact Kirsten Keenan at Development Careers or apply directly via our website.#J-18808-Ljbffr
