Job Overview
The role of a Quality Assurance Officer involves collecting, analyzing and reporting data to provide status updates on multiple electronic monitoring programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and oversee electronic monitoring systems to ensure compliance with legislation and guidelines.
* Conduct analysis to identify trends and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
* Develop best-practice data collection processes to enhance security and confidentiality of electronic monitoring information.
* Provide advice on identified training needs or opportunities for performance improvement through data evidence.
* Develop and assist in the delivery of internal and external training and onboarding of new officers.
* Support EMSU management with electronic monitoring systems, procedures and compliance.
* Review and audit GPS movements and prepare quality reports as requested.
* Prepare offender related documents to support compliance and inform case management practices.
