Job Title: Senior Risk Management Consultant
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our Financial Services Risk Management team, specializing in Data Risk and Reporting. As a senior risk management consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients enhance their risk data management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your understanding of regulatory requirements to provide strategy and implementation support to clients.
* Gain broad experience in risk analytics and reporting, including working with large datasets.
* Support delivery across various regulatory transformation programs, leading projects to agreed standards and timelines.
* Draw insights and analytics from data to inform stakeholders about changes in regulatory requirements.
* Design and implement data management capabilities to support risk data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ years' relevant experience in Risk Analytics within Financial Services/FinTech/Consulting.
* Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills, client engagement and presentation.
* Demonstrated success in maintaining long-term client relationships and networks, in addition to cultivating business development opportunities.
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities, track project timelines/budget and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
* Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, capital management, enterprise risk and risk data management.
* Working knowledge of coding languages desirable (e.g. SAS, Python, SQL, VBA etc.).
