Cellar Door & A La Carte Support Staff
Scotchmans Hill, one of Australia’s leading wineries on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, is looking for passionate Cellar Door & A La Carte Support Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to our iconic estate and lead engaging wine tastings
- Share your passion and knowledge of cool-climate, award-winning wines
- Support our a la carte restaurant service when needed
- Deliver exceptional hospitality that keeps guests coming back
- Join us for special events, evenings and offsite occasions
The primary focus of the role is to engage with new customers and existing friends of Scotchmans, conduct wine tastings and generate memberships and sales of our award-winning wines.
Qualifications
- Genuine enthusiasm for wine and hospitality
- Weekend availability is a must
- Hospitality experience preferred
- RSA required
- A polished, professional presence and strong people skills
- You will be required to work extra hours during our busy spring and summer months.
