About Us

We are a reputable early childhood education and care provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality services that support the development of young children.

Our centre is seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Centre Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards.
* Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities and programs.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's education and care.
* Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting our values and services.
* Prioritise the health and safety of all children in service, ensuring their well-being and protection at all times.
* Assist with daily campus operations, including activity preparation and mealtimes.
* Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program, which values a holistic view of each child's development and provides opportunities for growth and learning.
* Provide guidance and support to other educators within the centre, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress, program information, and daily events.
* Ensure the centre meets the National Quality Standards and relevant Government Regulations, providing high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families.

Qualifications And Skills:

* Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Minimum three years experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
* Current working with children check, first aid, and CPR certification.
* National Police Check (within 6 months).
* Strong understanding of early childhood regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care and services.
