As a Senior Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our company's efforts to meet and exceed customer acquisition and retention goals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Sales: Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, effectively identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products or services. Your focus will be on closing deals and achieving individual sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive experience that encourages long‐term relationships.
* Contribute to Strategy: Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions that can help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, as well as industry trends, to better serve our customers and enhance sales effectiveness.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that your sales activities are aligned with company objectives.
