About the role
Our Fulfilment Centres play a vital role in supporting our stores and customers.
By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations.
This role involves taking tasks out of stores so they can better focus on servicing customers face-to-face.
As a Forklift Operator, you will be the driving force behind our online order support operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, forklift operation, monitoring stock levels, upholding all safety protocols, and assisting with the loading/unloading of delivery trucks.
Current forklift licence and prior forklift experience are required for this role.
What’s involved
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Manual handling
- Operate forklifts for a range of product sizes, from standard pallets to large timber packs
- Monitor merchandise and replenish stock as needed
- Load and unload orders and products on delivery trucks
- Communicate with the online order team
- Keep up to date on training and safety standards
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who works safely and collaboratively to deliver stock to customers and support the broader Bunnings network.
The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on safety.
You will also be able to work autonomously when needed.
We offer consistent, permanent work that you and your family can rely on, with an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above starting from $30.45 per hour for this role.
What you’ll need
- Ideally prior experience in a similar role with a focus on picking orders and manual handling
- A current valid forklift licence is required; High Reach experience is advantageous
- Good time management and a genuine passion for customer service
- Team player with a proactive approach
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to identify hazards

Our Fulfilment Centres are open Monday to Friday 5am–6pm and Saturday to Sunday 7am–3pm.
