Vice President - Global Technical Delivery & CS
We are looking for a senior global delivery leader to manage and scale Professional Services and technology delivery operations across APAC. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for delivery teams, oversees complex system deployments, and ensures high‐quality implementation of enterprise technology solutions within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
* Lead global delivery of complex technology solutions across APAC, building and managing regional delivery hubs and Centres of Excellence.
* Recruit, develop and lead cross‐functional teams (project managers, deployment architects, data analysts, UX, QA, integration engineers, technical support, and Customer Success Managers).
* Manage distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring collaboration and consistent delivery standards.
* Own delivery outcomes for pilots, rollouts and production deployments (from joint design workshops through go‐live).
* Oversee solution design and integrations; ensure technical readiness across client infrastructure and common deployment stack (including Kubernetes/OpenShift, APIs, authentication gateways, and relational/big‐data stacks).
* Apply agile delivery practices and robust program governance to ensure on‐time, on‐budget delivery and SLA compliance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C‐level and Heads of Digital) to align priorities and accelerate decision‐making.
* Partner with Product and Sales on presales scoping, pilot/POC design and SOW creation; ensure tight presales‐delivery handoffs.
* Drive post‐go‐live adoption and operational support (health scoring, success plans, escalation and remediation) to ensure long‐term success.
Requirements
* 12+ years experience in technology delivery or professional services within enterprise or fintech environments.
* Senior leadership experience (VP / Head / Director level preferred).
* Proven track record scaling delivery operations across multiple countries and establishing Centres of Excellence.
* Strong stakeholder engagement with Tier‐1 banks and executive sponsors.
* Deep experience with presales and commercial motions (SOWs, pilots/POCs, ROI cases), renewals and expansion strategies (ARR and NRR).
* Hands‐on understanding of data integration, APIs, authentication gateways, and cloud/container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and relational/big‐data stacks.
* Excellent leadership, communication and governance skills; ability to travel across APAC.
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

* Experience with AI‐driven personalisation or fintech platforms.
* Experience establishing commercial services offerings or managing services P&L.
