The Role 
The ideal Talent Coordinator is a highly-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious individual, able to think on their feet, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have some work or intern experience working directly with talent and influencers through an agency, brand or other type of media company. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients. The role requires being the point of contact for talent and clients, with extraordinary organisational, multitasking and detail-oriented abilities. 
Responsibilities 
- Assist Talent Managers with day-to-day coordination across talent campaigns, events, and brand partnerships 
- Work closely with creators to execute campaigns, schedule deadlines, content and reporting 
- Manage and execute gifting logistics, including compiling send-out lists and liaising with brands 
- Support talent at events and photoshoots and capture BTS content 
- Help develop and grow the talent division by scouting new talent, clients and opportunities 
- Provide constant attention and support to the talent and their development; stay informed on latest trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and other media platforms 
- Identify inbound opportunities across multiple clients 
- Assist with client-facing duties, including business procurement and fostering ongoing business relationships and negotiating service agreements 
- Collaborate with Amplify’s production and partnership teams to create and build talent-led opportunities 
Qualifications 
- Expert knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok from a business and consumer perspective 
- Experience with direct management of clients, brands or influencers 
- Talent management or influencer marketing experience; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience 
- Extensive understanding of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective 
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
- Strong teamwork and team-management abilities 
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information 
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects 
- Experience with Slack, Notion and Google Drive is a bonus 
- Ability to travel; reside in Sydney; valid Australian driver's licence
