We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to be the operational backbone and first point of contact for our team members and leaders.
This role is integral to ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Employee Lifecycle Management – Overseeing the seamless onboarding process for new hires; processing internal movements and generating essential documents and contracts; maintaining integrity and accuracy of all HR records and data across HR systems.
* Advisory & Operational Support – Serving as the first point of contact, providing timely and accurate advice on HR policies, processes, and systems; acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance and consistency; managing day‑to‑day Employee Relations (ER) cases, including matters such as abandonment of employment and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
* Systems, Projects & Reporting – Proficiently navigating HRIS platforms (experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded) and ticketing systems; generating insightful reports to inform strategic decision‑making and contributing to workforce planning activities; supporting key projects.
Ideal Candidate
* Highly collaborative, service‑focused, and has a track record of building effective relationships.
* Proven functional and/or generalist People & Culture experience.
* Solid experience in managing ER cases and achieving effective outcomes.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms (like SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems is a must.
* Strong ability to interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Proactive, accountable, and adaptable personality style.
