**The Role**
The APS5 Pricing Engagement Support Officer is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility. The position will be required to provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Liaising with provider-facing teams within the Agency, developing and maintaining standard responses.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stakeholder interactions and issues, including tracking progress and resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams, escalating complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Updating knowledge of Agency's pricing products and policies continuously and accurately responding to inquiries.
- Contributing to process improvement efforts to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communications.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, technical, or government-related environment,
- Experience in maintaining inboxes and drafting responses.
- Strong writing and stakeholder management skills.
