The Role: We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Full Time vacancy in our Asquith group home. Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. Being part of a fun and dynamic team. Requirements: Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles) A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum). We offer Attractive hourly rate of $34.59 - $35.67 Super Penalty Rates. $80,000 full-time equivalent (FTE) earnings are attainable for this position when penalty rates are included $100 per year Well-being Allowance to treat yourself!
