Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Provide HR support across areas including remuneration, wellbeing, communications, and development
* Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace investigations
* Deliver expert industrial relations advice, including modern award interpretation and Fair Work compliance
* Lead processes such as salary reviews, audits, and compliance reporting
* Drive initiatives across engagement, recognition, leadership development, and corporate events
* Coach and guide managers on people solutions and policy implementation
* Manage and mentor a People & Culture Administrator
What you will need to succeed
* 4+ years of HR generalist experience, with deep expertise in employment relations
* Strong understanding of IR frameworks and legislative updates
* Proven track record in managing investigations and change processes
* High-level problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
* Confidence working collaboratively across functions and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and data analysis
