Senior Operations Manager Role

In this dynamic role, you'll lead a diverse team of around 50 operations and admin professionals, driving efficiency and service excellence across all activities. You'll take ownership of daily operations, ensuring customer expectations are met while achieving key performance targets.

* Manage day-to-day branch operations, which involves multi-site management, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.
* Oversee staff and fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant.
* Coach and mentor the team, ensuring they meet operational standards.
* Champion safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and build a safety-first culture within the team.
* Manage branch profit and loss (P&L), focusing on cost control and financial performance.

A strong proven experience managing complex operations is required. Prior experience in managing teams within the waste or logistics industry is desirable.
