Job Summary
We are seeking a Gardening Supervisor to join our team. This role involves working with people with disability within our Property Care Team located in Northam and surrounds, assisting our Property Care employees with their employment within the team.
About the Role
You will assist our Property Care employees with their employment, encouraging independence building and helping people with a disability develop their skills in gardening and maintenance of lawns.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist our Property Care employees with their employment
* Encourage independence building among people with disabilities
* Help people with disabilities develop their skills in gardening and lawn maintenance
* Liaise with key stakeholders
* Establish and work collaboratively within a team environment
* Maintain confidentiality and be respectful of privacy
* Work within an ethical and service-focused environment
Desirable Competencies
* Transport and store chemicals
* Control weeds
* Prepare and apply chemicals to control pests, weeds and diseases
* Aquatic technical operator
* Certificate in horticulture
