Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Team Leader Speech Pathologist for our on-site location in Frankston, VIC. In this role, you will oversee a team of speech pathologists, manage caseloads, and provide leadership and mentorship. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and delivering intervention plans, and collaborating with families, educators, and other health professionals. You will also contribute to enhancing service delivery, ensuring best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development within the team.
Qualifications
* Expertise in speech pathology assessment, intervention planning, and therapy services
* Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for caseload management
* Approved qualifications to practice as a Speech Pathologist and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
* Experience with pediatric to adult populations is advantageous
* Proficiency in using technology to support therapy practices
