About This Role
The Facilities Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the facilities management services, ensuring a safe and operational environment for employees and customers. Key tasks include:
* Managing the Integrated FM (IFM) supplier, overseeing safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement initiatives
* Fostering strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality services
* Supporting internal audits and reviews of FM-related processes
* Participating in budgeting activities and contributing to the annual business plan
* Driving the implementation of best practices and projects aimed at reducing costs and improving asset reliability
* Producing monthly financial reports and reviewing invoices for accuracy
* Assisting in cost control measures and ensuring compliance with local and national legislation
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in facilities management, with expertise in contract management and problem-solving
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborative mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritize administrative tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and FM-related software
