Based at our Molendinar depot, this is a practical role where you'll make a tangible impact every day.What you'll be doingDelivering health, safety and environment activities that minimise incidents, injuries and at-fault claimsProviding advice and support on HSE matters, including investigations and risk assessmentsMonitoring trends and outcomes, and reporting insights with recommendations for improvementCollaborating with People & Safety and Service Delivery teams to deliver initiatives and projectsFostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement aligned with Kinetic's valuesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in health, safety and environment or a related disciplineProven experience supporting leaders to manage workplace health and safetyKnowledge of quality management systems (AS/NZS****, ISO*****, ISO****)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levelsHighly organised with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesA proactive, pragmatic approach with a genuine passion for safetyCurrent driver's licence and ability to travel between depots as requiredWhy join us?
