They manage every aspect of property development from the initial land acquisition through to project completion. The Position: Working as the Project Coordinator you will report to the business owner and be responsible for providing project operational support through the entire project development lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting the team in developing opportunities for growth as well as administrative support throughout the development and sales process to ensure all projects run smoothly from listing to settlement. The Responsibilities: Some of your actual duties will include. Conduct research to identify opportunities for sale and development sites Prepare and issue contracts of sale Prepare agency authorities Maintain CRM system (Agent Box) Prepare detailed sales reports Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns Respond to enquiries Receive and record deposits Maintain financial spreadsheets and budgets Coordinate settlement dates and coordinate pre-settlement inspections Prepare settlement statements and transfer funds Ensure all documentation is complete for title transfer Provide general administration support to the team Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes Assist and provide back up support to Reception when required The Requirements: To be successful for this role you must Possess strong proven experience in a similar role Experience with sales contracts and property development processes Possess Certificate IV Real Estate Practice Exceptional organisational skills Excellent communication, presentation and initiative The Process: To apply for this role please click ‘Apply Now’ or alternatively for further information please contact Linda on 03 9553 4436 or email linda@ellebelle.com.au REF: 1705764
