About the role
In this role, you'll be the engine behind our sales function. Your purpose is to drive Siegel's growth by proactively identifying opportunities, supporting sales execution, and strengthening customer relationships through precision, professionalism, and smart communication.
This role will take responsibility for Siegel's Central Region - taking care of the NSW and WA territories.
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify and convert inbound sales enquiries.
* Identify and qualify new business leads, booking meetings for BDMs and keeping the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
* Support interstate account managers with quotes, orders, and customer communication from enquiry through to completion.
* Proactively follow up with existing customers to grow relationships through upselling and cross‐selling.
* Own customer queries and issues in your region, working with operations to resolve them quickly and professionally.
How You'll Contribute
* Proven success in proactive sales.
* Experience in flooring, construction materials, or building products (preferred).
* Strong commercial awareness and market understanding.
* Ability to build trust quickly.
* Confident engaging contractors and commercial decision-makers.
* Comfortable prospecting and opening new doors.
* Strong in follow‐up, execution, and closing.
* Target‐focused with a performance mindset.
* Professional, with a grounded, high‐EQ approach.
