What you'll do:
* Work at the very heart of our business to support our teams with dynamic workforce planning and scheduling.
* Drive the usage of onshore resources and alternative delivery models as an expert in Resource Strategy, Workforce Operations, or Project Management.
* Achieve resourcing outcomes that balance business priorities with individual career aspirations.
* Utilize the latest technology to analyse data, identify trends, flag issues, and develop solutions.
* Collaborate effectively with the Workforce Solutions team, championing our people and wellness strategies.
What we're looking for:
* Background in Project Management, Change Management, People & Culture, or Operations is valued, with corporate experience as a bonus.
* Passion for working with people and providing exceptional customer service, building a reputation as a trusted advisor.
* Demonstrates personal leadership, showing proactivity, responsiveness, adaptability, and agility.
* Skilled in influencing and negotiating across all staff levels, effectively asserting viewpoints.
* Experienced in stakeholder management, adept at problem-solving and diplomatically challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
