We have multiple requirements for Service Desk from L1 to L3 support for contract positions (short to long term roles available)
MUST HAVE:
- VALID FULL TIME WORKING RIGHTS WITH NO LIMITATIONS
- CANDIDATE BASED IN ADELAIDE OR WILLING TO RELOCATE
- Demonstrated experience supporting users in an enterprise IT workplace with a minimum of 1 year industry experience.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technology to a diverse range of users.
The main job duties and responsibilities:
- Diagnose and escalate technical hardware and software issues
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Update, where required, and follow standard help desk procedures
- Log all help desk interactions
- Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
