Aboutthe role:
* Support projectdelivery activites in line with RAAFA's Project ManagementFramework.
* Prepare, update andmaintain accurate project documentation, schedules, registersand records.
* Track projectactivities, milestones and deliverables and report on theirprogress.
* Maintain accuraterecords of meeting minutes, project schedules, budgets, andexpenditure.
* Coordinate meetings,communications, and records to support stakeholderengagement.
* Provide administrativesupport to transformation and change initiatives asdirected.
Aboutyou:
* Understanding of project management principals, methodologies,and framekworks is beneficial.
* Proficientin Mircosoft Office Suite.
* Highattention to detail, accuracy and compliance with risk andquality standards.
* Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to develop positiveworking relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellenttime manangement and organisational skills.
