Our client, a department of the Australian Government responsible for consolidating the Government's efforts to drive economic growth, productivity and competitiveness by bringing together industry, energy, resources and science, require the services of a Business Analyst.
Duties of the Business Analyst
* Analyse data related requirements, user pathways and information flows;
* Develop clear and concise documents including business requirements specifications, business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, communication & change management plans, and reports;
* Experience facilitating workshops and developing business scenarios, process maps, data models and use cases.
Skills required
* Demonstrated experience working on complex digital projects in an Agile environment;
* Verifiable expertise using Azure DevOps for user story creation and tracking of acceptance criteria;
* Hands-on experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
