MK2 Recruitment WA are currently seeking experienced Rubber Liners and Sub Arc Welders to join a well-established engineering company based in Henderson, WA. We're looking for reliable tradespeople who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running.

Whether your background is in industrial rubber lining or submerged arc welding, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your trade background, duties may include:

Rubber Lining:

* Preparing and treating surfaces for lining installation
* Cutting, fitting and applying rubber liners to a variety of industrial components
* Completing quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Sub Arc Welding / Fabrication:

* Performing high-quality Sub Arc and GMAW pulse welding (exotic materials experience beneficial)
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Attending and passing an on-site weld test prior to commencement
* Maintaining your own welding helmet and hand tools (preferred)

Across both roles, you'll work closely with the wider production team to ensure deadlines are met safely and professionally.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industrial or heavy-fabrication setting

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

Understanding of safety practices, compliance and workmanship standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Highly regarded (not essential):

* Forklift Ticket
* Confined Space and Working at Heights
* Previous fabrication, shut-down or workshop experience
