* Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute events to enhance customer experience
* Purchase and price products within operational guidelines
* Collaborate with chefs to design menus and optimize kitchen operations
* Develop creative and seasonal menu offerings to meet customer demands
* Maintain accurate stock records and financial performance
* Ensure dining areas adhere to health standards and maintain a clean and attractive environment
* Foster a culture of food safety awareness
* Interact with customers to gather feedback on meals and services
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members
* Select, train, and manage waitstaff and kitchen personnel
* Provide support with reservations, guest greetings, and order assistance when needed
