The role
As our Service Advisor, you're the link between our customers and our workshop. You'll be the first voice they hear and the last impression they leave with - which means you need to love people as much as you love getting things done.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Greeting customers and listening to understand what their vehicle actually needs
* Translating technical info into plain language - providing clarity.
* Building service estimates and presenting them with confidence.
* Coordinating with our team to schedule and prioritise workflow.
* Keeping customers in the loop from drop-off to pick-up.
* Following up after the job is done - because the relationship doesn't end at the invoice.
What we're looking for
* A natural communicator who can hold a room and make people feel heard.
* Someone who's organised under pressure and can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
* A genuine team player - our workshop works because everyone's got each other's back.
* Some grounding in the automotive world (whether that's industry experience or just a real passion for cars).
* A positive attitude and the ability to leave work at work - we believe in lifestyle, not burnout.
