The Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day management, high property standards, and exceptional service for our guests. You will also play a key role in continuously improving and adapting our processes to help the company grow and operate more efficiently. This role is ideal for someone looking for long‑term career growth and the chance to take ownership of operational management.
Key Responsibilities
* Staff rostering, scheduling, and supervision
* Direct guidance and support to subcontractors, cleaners, and team leaders
* Training and development of staff
* Management of cleaning schedules and property standards
* Acting as a liaison between management, staff, and contractors
* Ordering, stock control, and inventory management
* Timesheets, payroll, and HR administration
* Day‑to‑day operations management
* Forecasting weekly and monthly property stays and planning resources accordingly
* Recruiting and hiring staff
* Continuous improvement of operational processes, including RESLY: creating guides, optimising mid‑clean workflows, and finding ways to make processes more efficient
* Maintenance of houses: playing an active role in maintaining property standards and managing maintenance processes
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or property management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in rostering, payroll, and scheduling systems (RESLY experience is a plus)
* Someone looking for a long‑term role with growth potential
* Ability to work independently, make operational decisions, and improve processes
