Lifestyle Constructions NQ Pty Ltd are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist/Administration Assistant.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Point of contact for visitors and client enquiries
* Arranging appointments
* Respond to queries from customers in a prompt, professional manner
* Assist Office Team in workflow management
* Product Ordering and freight arrangements
* Other general Reception duties, including answering phones calls
* General tidying of Showroom and Staffroom
* Customer service, colour selections & changes to cabinetry plans/enquiries
* Willing to learn construction & cabinetry products
* Data entry
* Posting to multimedia platforms - positive promotion of the business
* From time to time, you will work across both businesses
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft programs
* MYOB experience essential
* Knowledge and/or experience of accounts processes
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* A pleasant and co-operative telephone manner, with a very high level of communication skills
* Must take initiative in the workplace, be proactive in your approach and want to excel
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple enquiries in a busy environment
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and able to follow workplace procedures
* Have a can-do attitude
* Position suitable for someone that likes to work independently whilst conferring with the team for job and workflow management and updates
Benefits
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. No weekend work.
* 9-day fortnight - 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday and every 2nd Friday off - alternating with the Lifestyle Constructions Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
* $30-$34 per hour + superannuation.
* Christmas Time - Office closure period of approximately 3 weeks.
