Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the delivery of structural documentation using Revit and BIM processes.

* Manage and mentor junior drafting staff, supporting their growth and development.
* Take ownership of project deadlines, documentation quality, and team coordination.
* Support the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and Revit standards.
* Work across multiple project stages – from concept to construction documentation.
