The role
The Senior Security Business Operations Advisor will assist in keeping the Cyber Security Office running smoothly by coordinating everyday operational activities, preparing clear updates for senior leaders, and supporting strong communication across teams and stakeholders.
The role will play a key part in managing reports, procurement, service delivery and service coordination, while contributing to the governance that underpins the department’s cyber security initiatives. It will have you balancing competing priorities, working to tight timelines and staying responsive in a fast- moving environment.
You’ll build productive relationships, guide conversations, solve problems as they arise and help ensure cyber security services are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard - while continually looking for ways to strengthen service effectiveness and resilience.

What you will bring to the role

Key knowledge and experience
* Experience in cyber security operational governance and reporting.
* Experience with budget and operational finance management.
* Knowledge of NSW Government procurement requirements.
