We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile hospitality fit-out projects across Western Sydney and regional Western NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee fast‑paced refurbishments within live environments, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for on‑site delivery from mobilisation through to completion. You’ll coordinate trades, manage daily operations, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day management of site activities and subcontractors
* Driving programme and sequencing to meet key milestones
* Ensuring strict adherence to WHS requirements and site safety
* Managing site logistics within a live or operational environment
* Quality control and defect management
* Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
* Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, retail, or commercial fit‑out projects
* Strong track record delivering fast‑track refurbishments
* Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Solid understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS legislation
