SAP Graduate Program Overview

The program focuses on building the foundations needed for success in customer services and delivery, providing experience across consulting, project management, technical support, and solution development.
The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting customers' transformation strategy through managing cloud or hybrid implementation initiatives with SAP Activate methodology.
This role requires qualifications and business acumen to manage large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects spanning organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors.
You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver defined project outputs on time, on budget, and with high quality.
During the bid phase, you may assist SAP Sales teams by providing input into proposals regarding delivery models, project structures, scoping, estimation, and risk assessment.
You may also manage complex projects or programs requiring coordination of work between third-party subcontractors, SAP Development, and Global Support organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the project manager on large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects and/or lead operational projects or small engagements.
Conduct project planning activities and support execution of large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects.
Manage sub-project groups to supervise/represent a team within a large project program.
Evaluate project success based on budgets, schedules, quality, and business value.
Coordinate project resource management with resource managers.
