Executive Administration Officer Role
The role involves providing high-level executive, secretariat, and project support services to the Executive Manager and Managers as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the coordination of executive meetings, events, and projects.
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Manager and other senior staff members.
* Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy.
Requirements:
* A Certificate IV in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and qualifications.
* A valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
* A current Blue Card positive notice or exemption, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
* A current AFP National Police Clearance or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
