The Role
* Run your section during high-volume service
* Deliver consistent, quality food at speed
* Prep efficiently and manage stock to minimise waste
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
* Support and work alongside a strong, motivated team
About You
* Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
* Confident in fast-paced casual dining environments
* Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Solid knowledge of food safety standards
