**About the role**
As the Salesforce support lead for B&D, you will be a highly valued member who provides technical support, improvements and recommendations to the various stakeholders across the group. B&D have a unique business model which means you will be dealing with a range of people with different challenges and opportunities within Salesforce. The role has great scope to grow in our business and you will join a team with some outstanding experience in this space.
**Responsibilities**
- Actively manage the support queue, ensuring resolution of all cases
- Perform all regular, periodic maintenance tasks, including user audits and key object data back ups
- Provide technical advice to the wider business and generally help to lift Salesforce capability
- Maintain a stable and robust Salesforce environment
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to help understand support requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience working across multi-cloud environments; sales, service, or marketing
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
- Certification in Salesforce administration or other salesforce certifications
- Passionate about providing great service and having a positive impact on peoples days.
