The objective of this role is to design and deliver people strategies and manage change in support of CSR's strategic and operational plans, working to high standards in an environment of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build an engaged and aligned team focused on delivering business and strategic initiatives
Identify emerging talent and develop capabilities for growth
Support the development of HR strategy that supports CSR strategy
Lead and develop diversity and inclusion initiatives
Lead effective and robust calibration of performance
Deliver IR initiatives and engage team to ensure industrial harmony
Build capability through enhanced HR tools and a continuous improvement mindset
Lead communication strategy that aligns strategy builds BU and develops customer focus
Partner with leaders to optimise workforce planning and structure
Negotiation of EBAs
Oversee the effective management of workplace grievances and disputes
Work within the Construction Systems Division and with HR Leadership Team to improve systems and processes that align across CSR
Manage the Construction Systems Division HR budget
Manage key relationships including the CSR HR team, the Construction Systems Division ELT and unions
Skills and Experience:
Appropriate qualifications in Human Resources
Commercially focused and results driven
Work with and negotiate IR priorities with unions
Operate at a strategic and operational/detail level
Change management experience and leading through change
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills at all levels
Coaching/mentoring skills
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Planning, project management and set and work to deadlines
