Responsibilities
* Clinical and technical support of device implants
* Support team members with clinical, administrative, stock and marketing requirements as needed
* Involved in supporting sales and marketing programs, technical presentations to customers, clinical study activities and in-filed stock management
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Rlevant undergraduate (BSc in Biomedical engineering, Science or Nursing)
* Post Graduate qualifications highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal communicator and presenter
* Customer focused: Understands and delivers excellent customer service
* Copes well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
* Enjoys interacting and participating in a team environment, but is effective at self-direction
* Self-motivated, positive, energetic and enthusiastic
* Outgoing, confident and friendly
* Builts credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists and peers
* Manages time effectively: Well organized, able to set and reset priorities
* Willingness and ability to learn complex technical information
