Our client is a leading property consultancy servicing all facets of the commercial property industry including industrial, commercial & retail.

An opening has become available as a Property Team Administrator, providing administrative support to their Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Sales & Leasing team.
**The Role**
- Preparing sales campaigns (organising marketing quotes, creating & placing ads)
- Design and marketing experience
- Review and prepare presentations and other documents
- Managing CRM (Client Relationship Management) database
- Preparing property submissions using In Design and custom-made templates in MS Word
- Client liaising
- Preparation of agent profile documents
- Create presentations
- General admin support including front desk cover
- Previous experience in the Commercial Property Industry
- Must be able to demonstrate experience providing administrative support in a similar role within the property industry
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional presentation and good organisational skills
- Exceptional multitasking skills and able to manage high volumes of work
- Experience in Adobe InDesign would be highly regarded
