Job Title: Enterprise HR Strategic Partner
About the Role:
This is a newly created strategic role designed for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact HR projects, build strong partnerships with key vendors and suppliers, and work closely with Procurement to support the broader HR agenda.
Description:
* The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across various portfolios and corporate functions, shaping workforce strategies, leading enterprise initiatives, and driving best-practice outcomes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, and complex case management to senior-level stakeholders.
2. Lead local,state,and national HR projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Closely partner with Procurement to establish relationships,vendor negotiations,foster vendor accountability,influencing procurement strategy within the HR space,supporting value,effectivenessand alignmentwithorganisationalpriorities (respectively). Additional Tasks : Provide regulatory compliant expertise in ER / IR matters, using data analytics.
