The Role
The Program Coordinator – Student Services is dynamic, strategic, proactive, and hands-on.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Student Services personnel and Executive Team to develop, manage, and deliver relevant programs and initiatives that support the school's core values.
They will lead with cultural responsiveness and be an effective communicator, able to handle difficult conversations in a compassionate and empathetic way.
Monitor and report on students in relation to attendance, behaviour, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement, and students at educational risk.
Provide support to teachers and curriculum leaders in student wellbeing and work in a collaborative team to meet all School Curriculum and Standards Authority requirements through targeted intervention and student case management.
Build positive, professional working relationships with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
Motivate and lead by example as part of the Student Services Team.

Eligibility
Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of appointment.
Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
Valid Working With Children Check before commencement.
Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit.
